The working principle of the ultrasonic welding machine is: the high-frequency signal oscillated by the oscillating circuit is converted into mechanical energy by the transducer (that is, the high-frequency mechanical vibration energy whose frequency exceeds the hearing threshold of the human ear), and the energy is transmitted to the plastic workpiece through the welding head. On the other hand, the joint surface of the plastic workpiece is strongly rubbed and then melted by the vibration of several hundred thousand times per second plus pressure. The short pressure maintained on the workpiece after the vibration stops causes the two weldments to solidify in a molecularly linked manner. Generally, the welding time is less than 1 second, and the obtained welding strength is comparable to that of the body. Ultrasonic plastic welding machine can be used for butt welding of thermoplastics, as well as for welding, spot welding, embedding, cutting and other processing techniques. The size and shape of the mold are designed according to the appearance of the product.
