Depth. After completion, the tension and torque can be compared with the traditional strength of the mold, and the shortcomings of injection damage and slow injection can be avoided.
3. Ultrasonic spot welding: When two pieces of plastic are to be welded, due to the condition of the fusion material, the fuse line cannot be opened, and the spot welding can be used. The principle is to use ultrasonic wave to the front end of the welding head and pass from the upper plate to the lower plate. The effect of welding can be achieved, and dozens of spot welding can be simultaneously improved to improve work efficiency.
4, ultrasonic resection: ultrasonic high-speed vibration of the welding head to remove the sharp edges of the formed plastic parts, and the resection of the injection, so that the plastic original in the moment to leave the flow path, not only save the labor of manual resection, but also plastic The pieces are smooth and beautiful. Suitable materials for ultrasonic ablation are ABS, PS, acrylic, PC, plastic steel, etc. If it is too soft or elastic, it is not suitable for ultrasonic ablation. (The plastic material just did not work well before it was cooled).
5. Ultrasonic forming: similar to ultrasonic riveting. The concave welding head is pressed against the outer ring of the plastic product, and after being vibrated at a high frequency, the plastic is melt-molded and coated on the metal object to be fixed, and the appearance is smooth and beautiful, and is mostly used for fixed forming of an electronic type and a horn. And cosmetic lenses are fixed.
