The functions of each part of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine are as follows:

(16) Trigger switch: The two sides of the switch are triggered at the same time to realize the normal program.

(17) Emergency stop switch: This switch is a self-locking switch. Once triggered, the welding head cannot be lowered. If the knob is reset after triggering, it is convenient for the program to operate.

(18) Limit bolt: Adjust the position of the nut on the bolt to limit the height of the weld head and control the welding depth of the plastic parts.

(20) Power switch: When this switch is turned on, the power is turned on, the indicator light is on, and the fan starts to run.

(21) Overload indicator: When the vibration of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine of this machine is abnormal, the light will be on and stop vibrating.

(22) Ultrasonic test switch: When the trigger is triggered, ultrasonic waves are generated to check whether the sound wave is normal.

(23) Load current meter: When no-load, it indicates the degree of resonance of the welding head. (The lower the pointer, the better. The number of the welding head and the number of output segments varies, usually between 5[%]~15[%] or 300MA~900MA. The load represents the magnitude of the output power. (depending on the workpiece).

(24) Frequency modulation inductance: The operating frequency of the adjustment circuit part is matched with the mechanical vibration resonance frequency. (For detailed steps, please refer to the operating instructions.)

(26) Ultrasonic plastic welding machine control socket: use cable connection to transmit control loop signal.

(27) Ultrasound output socket: The cable connection is used to transmit the high voltage electrical signal to the transducer.
