The maintenance of ultrasonic molds is very important. The service life of molds may be one-half longer. It is not prone to oxidation and cracks. The effect of using them is much better. The following are the maintenance methods of ultrasonic molds:

1. When loading and unloading the upper mold, please use the relevant standard tool accessories. (square mold - round bar, or round die - hook wrench)
2. Avoid knocking and bruising when the upper mold is used, in case of frequency or vibration or vibration node movement.
3. When attaching the mold, apply a thin layer of butter to the bottom (vibrator joint surface) and transfer and disassemble it with a hand ultrasonic mold.
4. If the mold has not been hardened, if it is not used for a long time, please use tarpaulin to prevent oxidation of aluminum-titanium alloy.
